Terms and Conditions

Please read and be happy with all terms before purchasing from us.

Returns / Cancellations / Refunds;

We accept cancellations on orders within the first 24 hours, no questions asked, where a full refund will be given. The exception to this is if we have packaged up your order and processed it to be shipped / shipped it out or if it was an order placed on sale.

If you would like to make a return / get a refund, you must contact us via email to discuss this within 14 days of receiving your order.

Preorder cancellations are dealt with on a case by case basis as many of the items are ordered with our suppliers specifically for the preorders placed. 90% of preorder products cannot be refunded, please be happy with this when ordering.

Any returns agreed to made must be sent back to us with a tracked service and the cost is covered by the customer. The cost of the postage will not be refunded under any circumstances.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please bare in mind it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Any items returned must be in original packaging, fully sealed and unused / unopened. If the items are opened / used, no refund will be given.

If the item is lost by the postal service, the customer must submit a claim with Royal Mail / the postal provider for compensation.

All items may have small imperfections and very minor imperfections are to be expected.

Blind bags, blind boxes and mystery bags are strictly non-refundable.

Items purchased when on sale / with a discount code or in the clearance section are strictly non-refundable.

Terms of service;

You agree to provide current, complete and accurate details for all purchases made at our store. If there is an error with the address, we must be notified within 24 hours of the order being placed.

Any items;

1. Sent to an address that was incorrectly inputted by the customer-

2. Where the customs charge has not been paid and therefore returned to us-

3. Was not collected from the postal office-

The customer will be required to pay another postal charge to get the package sent out again. Or a refund may be given but the postage will not be refunded under any circumstances and a small refund fee will also be taken off the total refundable amount.

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue items without notice at any time.

We have made every effort to display the colors and images of our products that appear on our store accurately. We cannot guarantee that your device’s display of any color will be accurate.

Unless where otherwise specified or clearly recognisable, all content available on Angry Egg Merch is owned or provided by the Owner or its licensors.

To ensure the best possible service level, the Owner reserves the right to interrupt the Service for maintenance, system updates or any other changes, informing the Users appropriately.

Within the limits of law, the Owner may also decide to suspend or terminate the Service altogether. If the Service is terminated, the Owner will cooperate with Users on the next steps.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

Privacy Policy;

All information provided when purchasing from our store will only be seen by the business owner and any employees. This information is only used to ship out customer orders and is not used in any other way.

If there is a data breach all customers will be notified immediately.
